I’ve come to realize how I should live to help others in society through my experiences. First of all, I should become reliable for our customers, my employees and my family.
For example, our "Hello Storage" businesses are developed from the standpoint of how to help others in better ways.
If we can help others, contents of products will change, our attitude toward employees change, our services to customers change and our life with family change as well.
Therefore, by being helpful many things will have positive reaction.

2.Be a true company by building the mechanism,

In order to become more helpful, we will engage on building a mechanism. For example, mechanism for caring.
This is not a regular manual of sort. This is a mechanism to grasp the detail needs of customers , to think how to become more helpful and to make various proposals.
Also, we will start to establish "a mechanism for partnership" to mutually profit from entrusting businesses.

3.Be more reliable providing property management skills

The mainstream of this world is a growth business model based on preconditions of medium to long term rise of property market and economy. We also use those models in part of our business as well. However, I think it is important to establish the property management skills that allows you to expand your business in downside market.
