We fully launched our “Partner System” in April 2024, providing all-inclusive support for self-storage unit operators and prospective operators nationwide, covering everything from new unit openings to tenant recruitment, cancellations, regular cleaning, and primary response to problems.

We can ensure stable operation by drawing on expertise cultivated through “Hello Storage”—which boasts the industry’s largest number of self-storage units and Japan’s top number of listed properties(*). We handle all complex operational tasks, including tenant recruitment, property management, and data analysis. Reduced labor and system development costs, along with increased operational efficiency, can be expected to boost sales.

Within approximately one year of commencing operations, the number of units exceeded 7,000 (62 properties).
